Q: UE Boom Bluetooth speaker failed to connect after upgraded to iOS 8.2

After upgraded to iOS 8.2 on 2x iPhone 6 64GB (Gold & Silver) + iPad Mini, UE Boom Bluetooth speaker can never been "detected" nor connected.

Reset all settings does not help.

(UE Boom firmware was upgraded to v1.451 which supports Bluetooth 4.0 for remote power on/off).

No only iPad but two iPhone 6 are affected. I am going to buy a new iPhone 6 in previous IOS version and have a try.
