It sounds like your iOS devices are not staying connected to your wireless router, but your Mac is staying connected. You mention that you've tried resetting the router and devices, which is a good troubleshooting step.
You may also want to try resetting network settings on one of the devices by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If this step solves it, try it on the other devices.

Since the Mac behaves normally, but iOS devices don't, you can also verify the settings on your router against the recommended settings for iOS devices in this article:
