iTunes Connect showing a blank page after signing in

iTunes Connect shows a blank page after signing in. I have tried signing in on three browsers. Safari, Chrome & Firefox. It shows a blank page on all 3.I have turned the iMac on and off and tried it again and it still shows a blank page. I have also tried loading it on a windows pc, it shows a blank page there too.

I then tried to load it on a macbook air running the same version of chrome as mine and it loads on that. Any idea why this might be happening?

I too have a problem, when i upload the ipa file to iTunesConnect on March 12th. it was uploaded and it appeared in Prerelease tab with the status "Created", but in the Versions tab, it does not synced with the Build section, this stopped me from giving the "Submit for Review", which throws an error as "One or more errors in the Page" and now I am not able to submit my app for review.

Please help.

For the last 3 days I only get a blank page after I log in. I have tried on 5 browsers, 3 devices, 3 operating systems, and 2 networks. I can log in with the iOS app, but that only provides statistics. I need to upload a new app.

Some HTML code is received from the server, but it renders a blank page. Yesterday I spent 45 minutes on the phone to iTunes connect support with no luck.

Did anyone ever actually find a solution to this last time?

For awhile yesterday it worked for me also. I was able to upload my app. Today the screen is blank again. I thought yesterday that clearing the cache and history fixed the problem, but that doesn't work today.

You are correct. There are errors in the Safari Developer Console:

I have seen it work and not work in my current versions of Safari OS X, FireFox OS X, Chrome OS X, Safari iOS, and FireFox on Windows.

It appears highly unlikely it is browser or OS related. Seeing the same blank page on 5 different systems implies they all agree on how to render the code.

It is a very complicated page. It seems to me there is a corrupt support file floating around or somehow the support files load in a bad order. When this happens the code throws errors and the page won't render.

Clearing the cache and reloading the page doesn't help. At some random point it will just start working again. When it does start working, you assume the last thing you did fixed it. Next time it happens I am unable to confirm the previous superstious fix reliable.

The page is beautiful, but it is too complex to be reliable. They need to scale back the effects and offer a reliable site.

I have spent hours on the phone with support and offered many logs and screen shots. They acknowledge others are having this problem, but they clearly don't have a handle on it yet.

One of the most interesting browser errors I get on Firefox and Chrome is:

Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/

Not sure this is the problem, but I know my end user experience is poor.
