Mar 17, 2015 1:44 PM in response to Mike.Levineby hello tuesday,@Mike.Levine I've been getting gmails with only about a 10 minute delay now, and even received some from Saturday that I thought were gone forever. Maybe they're finally fixing it.

Mar 17, 2015 1:46 PM in response to zinacefby mwjob,Really? What did you see in the media? Where? (TV? Radio? - what station?)
FYI I followed up with the senior advisor that I spoke to on Saturday. He isn't working today, so I left a message asking for an update as this mornings test messages have not yet arrived, so I am still having this problem.

Mar 17, 2015 2:02 PM in response to aixen21by xaipete,I just got off the phone with Apple (was speaking my 4th senior advisor). He contacted engineering and they told him that everything should be working now. I told him that nothing had changed and that nothing was working. I did a bunch of test with him and he's going to tell engineering that there's still a problem. I've sent so many tests now that I honestly can't hardly remember what's going on anymore. My gmail inbox if stuffed delayed and/or failed notification emails.

Mar 17, 2015 2:35 PM in response to aixen21by xaipete,MINE IS FIXED! Working perfectly now. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will continue. The advisor I spoke with did talk to engineering and forwarded all my test mails to him. Maybe they saw the problem.
I did make one change to my gmail settings but I don't think it had anything to do with getting it fixed, but just in case ... What I did was remove my reply to address. It was the same as my gmail address so it was unnecessary.

This is just an image of what it looks like.
All my delayed emails are flooding into my mac account.

Mar 17, 2015 2:25 PM in response to xaipeteby amritakaur,I just got off the phone with Apple support in the US (I'm based in the UK). Was passed on to someone who knew about the issue. He said Apple and Gmail are working on a solution but they have no information when it might be fixed. Hopefully within the next 24h.

Mar 17, 2015 2:25 PM in response to xaipeteby Mike.Levine,Mine seems to be working with test emails from my secondary gmail account. I hope some of the older emails that I never received will make it through at some point.

Mar 17, 2015 2:52 PM in response to xaipeteby zinacef,Is it safe to say Pam that I can re-enable forwarding now that it seems to be fixed?
-
Mar 17, 2015 2:55 PM in response to xaipeteby zinacef,So I just wrote myself a test email and still not working....bummer! Your case must be special, I guess....

Mar 17, 2015 2:56 PM in response to zinacefby patinahyena,I called them and they said they were aware and I now see that I think it's fixed for me. I read Xaipete's post and had my mom email me from her gmail account twice and they both came through instantly. One had an attachment and one without.
Going to run some more tests before I start emailing clients but I think it's fixed.

Mar 17, 2015 2:56 PM in response to zinacefby xaipete,Did you enable forwarding and put in the verification?
-
Mar 17, 2015 2:59 PM in response to xaipeteby aixen21,Glad yours is fixed, Pam! Mine still having my issues. The emails appear to come in, but all delayed (in different time intervals). Did just run a test again sending Gmail to iCloud and it worked almost instantly. I hope this means it is resolved too, but I think it's too early to tell.
Will keep checking back in here with updates.
