I have just upgraded my 4S 16GB to a 5S 64GB and restored from backup only to find I have an intermittent pink hue screen issue.
Backup was made on iOS8.2.and iPhone 5S also on iOS8.2. There were no issues with this iPhone before I obtained it (from my boss).
Anybody had similar issues? And is there anything i can do to resolve it?

It sounds like you are getting a pink discoloration but it's not always there. I would start by resetting the iPhone:
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Then test the issue again. If it persists I would next backup and restore the device from your backup, with this article:
Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes
