Hello, I've been using Mainstage 3 for over a year but today I opened the same concert I've been using and the screen control is blank. I can't find any of the Hammond B3, Electric Piano and Piano smart controls default window that came in the software. Please help me! I will attach a picture so you can see what I mean.. 😟

Do you have a previous version of this concert? If so, you can export the layout from layout mode. Select the cog wheel in the upper right corner. Select export layout from the menu and save it. Then import it using the same steps in your newer concert.
Didn't work cause I don't have a previous version, just this one 😟
If you don't have any Time Machine backups you may may have to build another layout. You could maybe find a template that is similar to what you're using and import it. Other than that, it's fairly easy to set up screen controls.
In edit mode, click on the screen control area and select the desired smart controls layout in the screen control inspector. Then click on a screen controller(i.e. drawbar) and select assign and map. Move the physical slider on your controller keyboard. It's mapped. Then repeat until all controllers are mapped. Next time, back up your files.
If you find a patch from another concert that has a similar screen control, in edit mode you can drag to the desktop, then open your concert and drag it to the patch list.
Doesn't show any options at all 😟 In fact I can't even choose the layouts anymore.
