Q: Facetime sign in

Facetime sign in fields turn dark when I enter my apple ID but nothing happens, it does not sign in, I am using yosmite on macbook pro.

My Apple ID is verified, I am connected to the internet. It doesn't work for imessage either.. What should I do?

MacBook Pro, iOS 8.2, Yosmite

Hello Jolog,

Based on your post it seems you cannot sign into FaceTime on your MacBook. That does sound troublesome. The following article provides some steps you may want to explore
