You do not. Touch ID requires a hardware sensor that was first available on the iPhone 5s. An iPhone 5 does not have the necessary hardware for fingerprint recognition and Touch ID.

This isn't possible because it doesn't have the special chip in the board that is required for TouchID to work. Sorry.
