Q: iphone

My iPhone does allow taking any more pictures due to memory. I am currently backing up to iCloud, Time Capsule and Mac Pro. I am looking for steps to take so I can get more memory back on iPhone but also be able to access photos if needed. I currently have (2) iPhones 4 ; (1) iPad and a Mac Pro. Thank you.

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 7.1.2
