Problem with itunes

I Am having problem with ITunes, app stores, Game Center. I can't buy app using my iPad from the App Store. Itunes, IBook & game center is blank. when I at the purchase app section, it shows that there isn't any app upload to my iPad. this is wrong I have app on my iPad. this problem started on Thursday morning.
