IOS 8.2 Voicemail problems
After the 8.2 update for my Iphone 5S, I don't receive notices I have a voicemail until I turn on my cell data and wait 15 min. I only get my missed call notifications.

I understand that you are not receiving Visual Voicemails unless you have cellular data turned on and wait a period of time. Visual Voicemail messages do require cellular data from the carrier in order to access them. The timeframe it takes to retrieve these vary depending on your carrier.
