I Think Apple should make a big update? New dash look? Change the app icons looks as well? Just something different sort of but looks exciting to use.

OK. So why would you post that in a user to user technical support forum? We're users, not Apple.
They just updated all the icons in iOS 7 and upset quite a few people. Why would they changed it again in iOS 8?
