tennis channel plus unable to connect to the itunes store
The Tennis Channel Everywhere App includes Tennis Channel Plus for those who purchase it separately. I purchased Tennis Channel Plus through iTunes and would like to use the built-in "Restore My Subscription" menu item to activate it.
As soon as I choose "Restore Subscription" I get an error screen with "Unable to connect to the iTunes Store". There are no prompts for a user id or password.
I can connect to iTunes via Apple TV in other apps so it seems to be an issue with this particular app.
I don't get any hits when I search for this error so I suppose it is not a common problem, but I have no idea how to get help with this problem. Considering a subscription costs $69/year you would think there would be a way to contact someone directly.
Anyone else have this issue? Were you able to get it resolved?
