Use MacBook Air as Second Display wireless

Hi,

I was just wondering if I could use my MacBook Air as a second monitor to my iMac, that would help me a lot. I know about Thunderbolt connections etc, but is there anyway of doing it wirelessly? I am aiming for a wire-free desk and this would be the icing on the cake!

Only with a product such as ScreenRecycler over a network.

You can Screen Share wirelessly, but it's pretty slow. But you have to use the iMac as a second monitor for the MBA, not the other way around. Of course your iMac needs to support Target Display Mode.
