I am unable to buy my photo book as I keep receiving an error message that there are blank frames and there are none

If you are getting that error then there are - you need to find them and fix them - most likely is a background requiring a photo with a photos placed in front of it so you can not see the missing photo frame - every page that has a photo background (a gray background) rather than a colored background must have a photo for the background as well as any photos in the foreground layout
