cant install itunes 12.1.1 on windows xp

i keep getting this message "itunes cant run cause of missing files, please reinstall itunes" and no matter how many times i try to repair it or remove it and reinstall it i get that message

Thanks for the question. I understand that you are experiencing issue opening iTunes on your Windows computer. The iTunes installation bundles a few applications that are required for iTunes to operate correctly. If one of these applications/services were uninstalled, that may be the cause of this issue. Let’s try completely removing iTunes and all of these related components from your computer, then reinstall iTunes from our website:
