How to wipe all my information with out disc

If the computer’s running Mac OS X 10.7 or newer(see below), restart it with the Command and R keys held down and use the Disk Utility to erase the internal drive. If it’s running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or earlier, you can’t.
If you’re doing this as part of preparing to sell or give away the computer, the Mac OS X version in question is the computer’s original OS instead of the installed one.
