Mar 14, 2015 7:11 AM in response to souhalebanonby Meg St._Clair,Who is your carrier? If your carrier is a CDMA/LTE carrier such as Sprint or Verizon (U.S.), you will not be able to access those features from the phone. You will need to use whatever shortcakes your carrier provides.

Mar 14, 2015 9:18 AM in response to souhalebanonby ChrisJ4203,According to this support document, Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the Middle East - Apple Support that is not a supported carrier for the iPhone, so that could explain why this information is not available. You can check with the carrier to see if they have a carrier file for you to download for the device, or what they have to say.
