Q: Do not get Ask to buy notification

I recently set up Family Sharing and do not get ask to buy notifications from my granddaughter. Any help is greatly appreciated. For background using iOS 8.2. A iPad air 2 and iPad mini. I logged out of accounts on both iPads and back in to no avail. I've also powered down and back up, turned ask to buy off then back on,

I Have to be careful as my last reply was deleted because I "ranted". Despite several attempts to work with Apple and promises of the problem being fixed in 8.3. I'm on 8.4 and it still does not work.
