Q: iphone 5s wont start up, looping on iphone logo

it started after the update to ios 8.0

i bought the mobile from a guy and it was working before the update. now the apple logo only flashes once in a while and it continues to reboot to a black screen.

please give your comments to resolve. I will truely apreciate it.

Hello mikailelmacee,

Sorry to hear that you cannot get passed the Apple logo when booting your iPhone. To get passed that you may need to restore your iPhone by putting it in recovery mode to then use iTunes to restore it. If you have a back up in iTunes or iCloud then you can put that back on once the restore is complete.
