my sliders for power off and unlock are frozen but the buttons work fine what can i do

Have you tried resetting your iPad?
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
No data will be lost.
i've done it but its still the same
and i have tried to restore it through itunes back to factory settings
Then try restoring the iOS software on your iPad:
Restore: Connect your device to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory.
