Facetime incoming calls default to Speakerphone while connected to Bluetooth

Facetime incoming calls are using Speaker even though a Bluetooth is connected, I have verified under Settings > General Accessibility > Call audio routing is set to " Headset " however changing to either one of these settings have no affect. ( this started after 8.2)

To duplicate the issue:

Pair a Bluetooth device to Apple iphone 6 Plus ( device1 ) , Make a Facetime call from another Apple phone (device2) to ( device1 ) , the incoming call to ( device1 ) will default to speakerphone instead of the BT headset

Configuration:

iPhone 6 Plus with LG Bluetooth HBS900

Version:

iOS 8.2 (12D508)

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.2, LG Infinim Bluetooth HBS900
