Q: After security update 2015-02 Display will not allow HDTV Scaling

Hello,

Right after updating the latest security update System Preferences > Displays will no longer allow me to scale the output to my HDTV so that the screen is the right size.  It's just a little to big without scaling.  This has never been a problem before and the only thing that has changed is this update.  Same cable, same tv.
