Q: I lost my ICloud calendar  but I do have a recent iPad back up on my computer will my calendar restore form my computer backup?

I lost my iCloud calendar  but I do have a recent iPad back up on my computer will my calendar restore form my computer backup to my iPad mini and then can I get that info on my iPhone 6?
