I tried to restore too many time with the iTunes but my device is not still unlocked. I contacted with both of AT&T and Apple supporters's online phone but they have no answer for me 😟The AT&T's Service and Apple's Service told me that my iPhone 6 Plus is already to unlock.I really feel terrible with that cause I received the email "Congrats" so fast. Without the AT&T sim card I can't active my iPhone. Who could help me ? I'm living in Vietnam.

The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.

The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.

That's exactly what message on iTunes. I tried the way as How to unlock your iPhone for use with another carrier - Apple Support but it's still impossible to unlock
