Q: My iPhone 4s screen turned grey/white and I am unable to open it to access the keyboard. Does anyone have a solution? MH

The screen turned white/grey and I am unable to see any apps or keyboard.

    What troubleshooting have you tried? Try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone should reboot. If it doesn't, then try connecting to iTunes and the computer and restoring the device.
