Wild guess not knowing the first thing about the history, age or configuration of your machine; bad battery.

include the MagSafe adapter, battery, MagSafe Board (or DC-in Board) & logic board, etc.
Depending on your location you may have to contact an AASP (Apple authorized service
provider) an independent company who has trained specialists who can test & repair it...
