Writing a iMessage notification

Hey guys,

Im looking for an app if there is one for a notification when somebody begins to write an iMessage to me. Obviously there is a . . . notification inside the Imesssage thread window if the other person begins to write a message but if the window isn't open there is nothing. There is similar functions on snapchat etc that say's "so so is writing a message", there is a jailbreak app called typestatus but I'm not willing to Jailbreak my iPhone.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Thank you.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3

No, there is no such app. You also need to realize that, when you see the typing indicator in iMessage, it doesn't always mean they're answering you. Sometimes it means they're replying to another message. It could also mean that they start typing and then change their mind and delete it. Until they actually hit send, there is no message to you. If they send you a message, you'll get a notification.
