Q: HI can someone please help or do a remote log in??

As you will see from these pictures if i don't get logged out of apple before i can put them up, they are some hoe screen shotting and opening in finder before i putmy password in> thus giving them my password!! please help Sorry to be more clear i have to go to Monitor force quit a few things n if I'm quick enough, quit finder, to close screen shots and type password, remote login is off??
