Hi,

I m having iPhone 5S Sr. No. F9******FDQ, Model A1533, FCC ID:BCG-E2642B, IMIE: ********. when I am starting phone it turns ON but showing only iTunes on display. I ALREADY TRIED TO CONNECT TO iTunes and trying to restore/update but it is showing "The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013).

I already replace the cable and tried, i m having latest iTune software.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3, null

You are indeed Lucky if some nefarious character hasn't gotten your "NUMBERS" !!
