Q: Safari is recovering deleted passwords

I have some passwords synchronized with Safari and iCloud. However, when I delete some of those passwords either from Safari or Keychain, after some time (usually 1 day?), they are back in my Macbook.

I also have an iPad with iCloud integrated (iOS 8.1) with WiFi enabled.

Anybody experienced this problem as well?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

Back up all data. Open the iCloud preference pane and uncheck the Keychain box. You'll be prompted to delete the local iCloud keychain. Confirm—the data will remain on the servers. Then re-check the box. Follow one of the procedures described in this support article to set up iCloud Keychain on an additional device. Test.
