Do Not Disconnect - flashing slash/circle on the screen
I ipod says Do Not Disconnect and shows a flashing slash/circle on the screen. What is the problem and how do I fix this. My is about 10 years old.

Thanks for the question. It sounds like the Do Not Disconnect screen is appearing on your iPod when it is not connected to a computer. To resolve this issue, you may need to reset your iPod:

If your iPod displays this message but is not connected to a computer, or another device such as iPod Camera Connector, reset it to remove it from disk mode.
To avoid this behavior in the future, make sure that you safely disconnect your iPod prior to disconnecting it from your computer.
