I was using my "Pages" app and dragging jpeg icons into the program when somehow I dragged the App one by mistake. I thought I put it back but it disappeared from the dock. Can someone please help me find it or at least put it back on my dock? Thank you.

Open your Applications folder, find the Pages app and drag it onto the dock. Items in the dock are alias's of the original.
Thanks, but I meant the App folder which holds all the Apps is gone. I guess my mentioning the Pages app was unnecessary. Is there a way to bring back the App Apps folder? Thanks again.
I think what you're saying is that you had your Applictions folder on the dock correct? As I said items on the dock are just aliases to the original, shortcuts if you will. Just drag your Applications folder to the dock and place it where you want it. Or alternately I think you can right click on the folder and select "place in dock".
Thanks but the only way I can access the Applications is through the Finder. There is no folder to drag anywhere in the Finder.
Are you talking about the App Store app?
If so, then in Applications in the Finder, do you see an App Store.app? If you do, double-click on it to open it. Then once it is open, you will see the icon on the Dock. Click and hold on the icon, and you will see the options that will allow you to add it to the Dock permanently.

Hi GB, thanks, no need to apologize. I am not talking about the App Store app. I am talking about the folder for the mother of all Apps. Lol.
Double click the Macintosh HD icon on your desktop and it will open. In the resulting window will show the Applications folder along with Users, System, Library and I forget what else. Click and drag the Applications folder to the dock.

You can Control-click or if I remember use a two finger click. It's been a long time since I used my Macbook without a mouse.
