All of my apple id's are messed up.

Question

All of my apple id's are messed up.

When I go on my apple id and press "Payment Information" There should (as I have read on the web) be an option for none. I don't have that option. It says something like Visa, mastercard, and some other ones, but no "none" option. I added a debit card that is empty but now I cant change it to just using itunes gift cards. Every time I even try to download an app thats FREE, it says "verification required" and makes me review my payment information. This is really annoying because now I cant download any apps or do anything with the apple store or itunes. PLEASE HELP ME! thanks, Brooks Kioschos

How are you logging into the account ? If when trying to download something then you won't get the 'none' option.

If you don't owe iTunes anything then you might get the 'none' option when logging into your account normally e.g. by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stor eon your iPod or iPad, or via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes.
