Installing Windows 7 without Boot Camp?

So I have decided to install Windows 7 on one of my 2 MiniMac Server's 1 Tb HD's, without using BootCamp on that same drive.

Ho do I go about installing the needed drivers, without having installed Bootcamp?

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

You can run Windows in a virtual machine, which saves having to reboot to Boot Camp. This allows you to access Mac OS and Windows from one boot.
