does apple repair my ipod classic?

Hi

The harddisk of my iPod classic is probably broken. Can I bring my iPod classic to the next Apple store in order to repair/refurbish it?

Thanks for telling me!

Hi,

I recently took my ipod classic 7th gen 120gb into an apple store, they took a look at it and instantly noticed something had gone wrong with the hard drive and needle bit. I asked them if they were able to fix it and they said no, as my ipod was a vintage model they couldn't replace nor fix my ipod. The only thing they could offer was 10% discount off another new ipod which i was very disappointed about! I loved my ipod classic for the months that i had it but it is a shame that they suffer with so many problems and that apple wasn't able to fix mine.

Very disappointed in apple.

Very disappointed in apple.

I had always assumed that when the iPod Classic was discontinued it would be replaced with something better. (256GB Flash and a Lightning connector.) I was wrong.

My problem is like many others, Apple makes NO portable device that will store my 150 GB of music. (Their competition does.) Even an iPhone 6 only has 128GB, Max. So, what Apple could do in 2009, they CANNOT do in 2015.

Nicely express your concerns to Apple using the links below. They will be read.
