Q: idvd 7.1.2 seems to be incompatible with iMovie 10.0.7

how do i get idvd 7.1.2 to recognize my projects in iMovie 10.0.7?

    You can't.  To get a movie from iMovie 10 to iDVD it must be exported at 480p to a location of your choice and manually added to an iDVD project by dragging it into the iDVD menu window being careful to avoid any drop zones.
