this version of OS X 10.10 cannot be installed on this computer?

I currently have OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8. All my software is up to date. I went to upgrade to OS X 10.10 and I received an error telling me that, "This version of OS X 10.10 cannot be installed on this computer".

Here are some specs:

Processor 2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon

Memory 32 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM

SN: RM7066B8UQ2

Can anyone help me understand why and what I can do to upgrade my OS X?

Thank you.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Here's my version and graphics card.

If I can't upgrade to Yosemite, can I at least upgrade to Lion?
