Not quite clear what you mean, can you give us more details? When does the blue bar come up?
No idea. You didn't provide any details or pics to backup your question so it's pretty hard for anyone here to help you.
TThere's a blue bar that Moves across the screen every now and again. It's vertical from top to bottom of my screen. it's about 1 inch thick. It goes away normally after a few seconds. It's very annoying.
To make sure that this is not software related, try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
If this does not help, setting it up as new device would be the next step:
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If this does not work, set it back to factory settings, without using a backup, explained here:
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
If still no luck, you'll have to get it serviced, could be hardware related after all that you have tried above.
Ok thanks I'll try that. Does anyone know since I updated to new software 2 days ago my phone battery dies within a few hours. I tried resetting my phone. Doesn't help. I Have a iPhone 6 plus. I don't hardly use it. ??????

Use the Settings app to determine what is using your battery the most. Once you know that you can take steps to minimize battery usage.
Settings > General > Usage > Battery Usage
Wait a few seconds until the list of apps appears.
Maybe also take a look at this page about battery drainage
This is a setting under General Accessibility, Switch Control. If you go there and turn it off, it should stop. The problem I seem to have is that it keeps getting turned on. I read with the iPhone 4 it could be switched on by clicking the home button 3 times. This may be what is turning it on, but I will be taking it to the Genius bar to be sure there isn't some other issue.
