I understand that you are experiencing some issues with your iPad screen. I have an article for you that will help you troubleshoot this issue a little further:
If you see a solid color screen (black, white or blue)
- Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
- Reset your device while it's plugged in.
- If resetting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

Since you have already reset the iPad, I would recommend that you start by restoring the iPad, then proceed from there. Take care, and thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities.
