Q: Cannot Start Family Sharing!!!!

I have just recently tried to set up family sharing on my home network and all my families devices.  For some reason, when i would share something, it wouldn't show up.  So I left the group and began again.  I did this a couple times then all of a sudden it said, "Cannot Start Family Sharing"  I guess 1 account can start a family share twice a year.  No where in the support or anywhere does it mention this.  Nor is it in the troubleshoot menu.  Regardless, is there a way to enable this s I dont have to wait a half a year to share a family photo over the cloud.  This is ridiculous!!!  Apple, there has to be a solution for this or at least post a warning on the second attempt telling people this before they screw it up.  A half a year is a bit much.  reason behind that....inquiring minds wants to know.

I just read this yesterday that addresses your question:

"Share content from a different Apple ID

You can change the Apple ID that you use to share once every 90 days. After you change your Apple ID, you'll start sharing from the new account instead of your previous one. Your family members will no longer be able to access or download purchases from your previous account.

Any DRM-protected music, movies, TV shows, books or apps previously downloaded from that account will no longer be usable by family members. If they made any In-App Purchases from an app originally downloaded from your account, they will need to get the app themselves to regain access to the In-App Purchases."
