iTunes apps moving country and payments

HELP

ive moved from England to Australia. I've just gone and got the iphone6. I'm unable to download my music or apps as states my payments have declined but it also states I'm £.55 in credit.. I don't have my English bank anymore but my Aussie account is a visa debit just like my account in the uk.... But they will not accept my card. I would also like my account to change regions can someone help me please.

The resource below will explain how to change the country of your iTunes Store account. You may need to contact the iTunes Store support to clear the balance you have on your account. I'll include a link to initiate that support as well.

Store credit balance

You must spend your balance before you can change stores.

If your store credit is less than the cost of a single item on the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store, you can add a credit card to your account. When you buy an item, you will use the remaining store credit and charge the remainder of the purchase to your credit card.


If you don't have a credit card, contact iTunes Store support.
