Q: please help... my ipad 4th gen has a sim card slot its a wifi + cellular version but I can't find the cellular data network in the settings. How can I recover it? thank you.

Hi guys, my ipad 4th gen is a wifi + cellular but the cellular data in the settings was gone after I made an update to ios 8. Can anyone help me how to recover it for me to use the cellular data again.

Did you try to update the carrier settings?
iOS: Updating your carrier settings

If this does not help, set it back to factory settings, explained here:
