It says i have no software update i am on IOS 6.1.6
im on my ipod touch and i wanted to download a game to play and it says i needed to be on IOS 7 and when i check for software updates it says that im up to date with IOS 6.1.6
This would indicate that you have a 4th generation iPod, which can not be upgraded beyond 6.1.6.
