Q: Just bought ITunes cards and I can't redeem them they say they are not activated

How do I get my new iTunes cards to be activated when I just bought them but it won't let me redeem them?

Ask the people at the store the gift cards came from or the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

Are you using Windows or Mac?

Click the OS you are using:
iTunes 12 for Windows: Redeem an iTunes allowance, gift certificate, or Gift Card
iTunes 12 for Mac: Redeem an iTunes allowance, gift certificate, or Gift Card
