Lightning connector tip fell off, can I fix it?
Today I connected the Lightning connector to my IPad mini, when it finished charging I pulled it out and it suddenly snapped and fell off

No, don't try to fix it just get a new cable.
I agree. It's dead.
it's a cable that not only carries data but also power. You don't want to mess with it because if you do something wrong you could fritz your device.
