My wife's mac cannot connect to the internet. How can I authorize that computer?

My wife's mac cannot connect to the internet. How can I authorize that computer? I can copy and paste iTunes to her machine and it can play non-iTunes-store media. But it will not, of course, play iTunes content unless the computer is authorized. I have tried slaving her machine through mine, but ITunes will only reauthorize my machine and ignores hers.

Mac mini, iOS 5

Use the command Store > Authorize this computer...

A key part of the issue is that the computer cannot access the internet and so can neither access the store nor the authorization process. Authorization, if it is even possible, will require working with the iTunes program by itself. Is there any way to do that? Or, is there a patch to iTunes which will permit entering the authorization code?

From what I understand although my wife's machine runs the same OS X as mine the processor and OS version is G4 and that cannot be structured to connect with the internet. So, if I cannot authorize within the machine/program then I simply cannot get iTunes authorized. The phrase SOL keeps coming to mind.... But thanks for your effort, I appreciate it.

Halitor,

I am not familiar with the Mac details, but you may want to double-check the information you are getting. A computer without internet has been unheard of since the 1980s. There may well be something that can be done.
