sorry I can't send mail I can receive mail ok. Worked yesterday not today. Says there is no default smtp server. when i try to do it in preferences it does not work.

What does Mail/Window/Connection Doctor Show? If the server is red, select it and look at the Show Details box.

Hi Eric, thanks for responding. I've tried the connection and all are green. Couls it have anything to do witb being in the Middle East. I have a godaddy and gmail account going to apple mail. All accounts receive mail just fine. Im using smtp.secureserver.net and smtp.gmail.com. both are off line. Have you seen this before? I also made sure passwords were correct.
