I have no visa card or else so how can i get rid of billing info?

I am under aged for these visa cards or else so what i have to do for billing info?

Follow the steps in this articles to set up an account without a credit card:

Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method - Apple Suppor…

Or change the existing info, if already set up:

Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID)
