Q: Why does my phone constantly shut down and freeze?

My phone has recently started to freeze, after a few minutes it will work again as normal. It also shuts down randomly, lines appear that look like a bar code, and it will then restart.

I did update my phone a couple of weeks ago so not sure if these issues are connected to this.
